This site was created to discuss various bankruptcy issues and questions that come up on a daily basis from potential clients. We decided to create a site where we can blog daily about frequently asked questions, and also cover changes in the law, and to discuss situations that arise in the bankruptcy process whether you are considering filing for chapter 7 or 13 protection. We have been practicing law for over ten years now with a majority of that time focused in the practice of bankruptcy law.
